Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Rs. 25,000/- to 40,000/- per month.(Fixed Term Contract Basis)
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : BE / B.Tech (Civil)(Full Time Course Only) Or Diploma (Civil) (Full Time Course Only)
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Minimum 3 years relevant experience for degree holders and 5 years for Diploma holders in project execution of civil and allied works for large sized / multi storied healthcare projects.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :Project Execution, day to day supervision, review and approval of contractors site activities, inventory control, supervision of site based testing, maintaining records, quality assurance , quantity survey, familiar with Total Station for site survey, joint measurements with contractor and safety inspections, checking of bills of civil, allied works and other services for large sized / multi storied building projects. Should have good communication / coordination skills. Computer knowledge essential
