Plan all the Structural / Bridge works in line with the project schedule; Scope Management - giving alerts for making claims towards any variations, allocation of resources, Implementation of plans, Ensure retention of Labour Contractors, material indents, reconciliation, interfacing with other disciplines such as Mech/Elec / Survey & Alignment, Quantity Surveyor & Track Works at site, coordination with Site SCM/Stores/Fleet, Customer Management, Tracking performance measures such as productivity, workforce utilization, savings in material, labour costs, improvement projects, safety awareness programs, material reconciliation, closure of site.
Ensure the quality of earth, laying of the same in layers, consolidation, and gradation as per technical specification including blanketing material.
