Job Description

- All works from start till end of an interior fit-out project
- Fluent in English (Manadatory)
- Must be able to act as a project manger and as a site manager when required
- Must be well versed and familiar with handling documents and basic computer skills
- Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project
- Must be able to prepare a BOQ for a project of 15,000 sqft size
- Research capability of and for materials
- Research capability of market rates
- Vendor management
- Invoicing management
- Management of man power on site
- BOQ management (received from vendors)
- Meeting Clients for meetings when required
- PMC meetings if required
- Handling and preparation of handover documents
- Capex and other required works
