Civil Engineer, Billing Engineer
Job Description
1. Billing Engineer:- Preparation and checking of Material bills and labour bills.
Coordination with various departments like store and site execution.
Item wise Bills & Certified from Client.
Certification of Subcontractors bills.
Co-ordination with Client, Consultants and all other executing agencies.
Preparing of civil & finishes Running Bills as per the work done in comparison with work order & submitting the same to the Client
Preparation of sub contractor bills.
Reconciliation of materials.
Reconciliation of sub-contractor payments.
Reconciliation of client payments.
Bills Scrutiny, rate analysis, physical bill checking, work order / P.O Scrutiny.

2. Civil Engineer :-
Supervise construction process to ensure adherence to project civil design specifications
Ensure that the queries and concerns raised by contractors regarding project design execution, quality standards, material delivery etc. are resolved in a timely manner
Provide daily updates to Project Manager on the status of the progress in the area supervised.
Ensure that the queries and concerns raised by contractors regarding project design execution, quality standards, material delivery etc. are resolved in a timely manner

Consolidate the material requirements in timely manner
Ensure all materials used is as per specifications.

Validate all the bills submitted by contractors.
