Human Resource Management -> 2 years full time MBA/PGDM in HR discipline, with not less than 60% marks. Candidate having LLB qualification will be preferred.
Electrical Engineering -> Full Time Bachelor's degree in. Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute/ University approved by AICTE with not less than 60% Marks or equivalent grade.
Post Qualification Experience (as on 01/04/2017): 18 Years for Additional General Manager, 16 Years for Joint General Manager, 13 Years for Deputy General Manager, 09 Years for Manager, 05 Years for Deputy Manager, 02 Years for Assistant Manager, Minimum 01 Year experience for Junior Engineer.
